(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting gill@mbcconsultants.co.uk and unless we have another legal basis for retaining your data, we will delete it.

(b) We have a contractual obligation e.g., to perform services you have asked us to perform.

(c) We have a legal obligation e.g., to fulfil HMRC record keeping requirements.

(d) We have a legitimate interest, e.g., fraud prevention, that makes the processing necessary, and we have taken into account your rights as an individual in determining if we can process your personal data on this basis.
