Gill is an experienced Brand Development and Communications Director.
Her strong sales and marketing background are as a result of 10 years in the Agricultural Sector and 17 years developing the brand at Muckle LLP. She set up her own consultancy business, MBC Consultants in 2007 and has worked with a number of professional service organisations in the North-East region on a retained or project basis.

Gill specialises in building brand equity, helping businesses see the importance of building and aligning the internal brand and culture to support the external brand and so improve service delivery. She is well known for helping companies develop their brands and uses her combination of skills to connect purpose, leadership, strategic business development and engagement, to deliver a better service to their clients.

In 2011 the founding partners of Square One Law approached her to develop a brand for their alternative legal model. Over the past 11 years she has helped them with their name, brand strategy, service delivery and establishing a high performing and engaged culture, including leading their recent, highly successful “Fearlessly Solving” campaign.
